In order to proceed with the data recovery we need you to try this step by step:
- Uninstall and re-install the game. (If you are in Android it will ask your user + password and automatically sync)
- If this does not work, please send us an ingame ticket (Settings -> Contact Us) with the following information:
+ Old Account IGN or Facebook Name (the account you want to recover)
+ New Account IGN (you have to start a new game and give us that ingame nick)
With this information we can transfer the old data into the new account.
