Guild events are a cooperative game mode which gives individual rewards (solo leaderboard, tier rewards based on trophies) and guild rewards.
Trophies (score) is really important. For each boss certain classes/jobs have advantage. These buffs increases the ATK, HP and DEF of heroes.
